Our team at Better Hearing Associates includes dedicated professionals with extensive experience in the field of hearing healthcare.

Kelly Johnson, Au.D.

Dr. Kelly Johnson is a licensed audiologist recognized by the Texas and Oklahoma Board of Examiners in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. Dr. Johnson specializes in developing custom-tailored hearing solutions that align with her clients' lifestyles and preferences. She loves hearing how her treatment solutions have improved her clients’ lives, helping them reconnect with loved ones, play with the grandkids, and hear the pastor at church more clearly. Outside of the office, Dr. Johnson enjoys antiquing, gardening, and DIY projects, as well as spending time with her husband David and their two children.

Dr. Johnson earned her Doctorate of Audiology at Texas Tech University, where she also obtained her bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Science. She also holds an American Speech and Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.

Rob Neely

With over two decades of experience in the hearing healthcare field, Rob Neely brings his technical expertise to fitting and fine-tuning hearing instruments. Rob started working in the hearing field in 2004 in Sherman, TX, and he is certified to fit and dispense hearing instruments in both Texas and Oklahoma. When he’s not at work, Rob is a competitive shooter. He enjoys traveling to events to shoot as well as to promote hearing protection.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing, and psychology..
